Ingredients: homemade marinara, ricotta, mozzarella, mushrooms, *zucchini, *carrots, lasagna noodles, *eggs, pecorino romano, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper
Cooking instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap, re-cover with foil and bake for 45 min (9x9 pan) or 30 min (loaf pan). Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly. Let sit for 10-15 min before serving. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
