Ingredients: homemade vegetarian meatballs (lentils, quinoa, mushrooms, *eggs, whole wheat bread, pecorino romano, olive oil, spices), homemade marinara, *fresh mozzarella, *Italian rolls
Cooking instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 325°F. Warm meatballs and sauce on the stovetop before baking. Slice meatballs and distribute evenly on rolls. Top with sauce and thin slices of mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted. Consume within 3 days.
