Ingredients: *zucchini, penne pasta, mozzarella, *scallions, *milk, pecorino romano, *flour, garlic, *butter, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, *thyme, *oregano, *mint, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Cooking Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap, re-cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes (9x9" pan) or 15 minutes (loaf pan). Remove foil and bake at 400°F for 10 more minutes until bubbly. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
