Ingredients: tomatoes, quinoa, *black beans, vegetable broth, onions, *garlic, cilantro, red wine vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, oregano, thyme, cumin, salt, pepper
Keep refrigerated or frozen.
Recommended method: Thaw in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Reheat in soup pot over medium-low on stovetop. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
From frozen: Run container under hot water to thaw it enough for the soup to come out. Reheat in soup pot over low on stovetop with lid on, stirring frequently to make sure it doesn't burn.
