-Yemesir Alicha (curried lentils) - split red lentils cooked with onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and curry
All dishes are served on Injera, a pancake-like, spongy, sourdough bread made with teff (a grain native to Ethiopia/Eritrea), corn, barley, and self-rising flour OR rice.
