Ingredients: elbow macaroni, *broccoli, spinach, *green beans, *carrots, *onions, *garlic, *eggs, *cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, *butter, *flour, *milk, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt


Cooking Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap, re-cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes (9x9" pan) or 15 minutes (loaf pan). Remove foil and bake for 10-15 minutes more until bubbly. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
