Ingredients: homemade marinara, *eggplant, mozzarella, pecorino romano, panko breadcrumbs, *eggs, oregano, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper
Cooking instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw completely in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Bake until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
