Yesega Wet (spiced beef) - tender beef simmered with onion, tomato, garlic & ginger and Ethiopian seasoned butter
Yedero Alicha (curried chicken) - tender chicken simmered with onion, tomato, garlic & ginger and Ethiopian seasoned butter
Ingudai (spiced mushroom) - mushroom cooked with berbere (Ethiopian spice), tomato, garlic & ginger
Each comes with...
Gomen (collard greens) - chopped greens slowly cooked with red onion, fresh tomato & jalapeños OR Tikil Gomen (cabbage) - cabbage cooked with ginger & shredded carrots
Yemesir Alicha (mildly spiced lentils) - split red lentils cooked with onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and berbere
All dishes are served on Injera, a pancake-like, spongy, sourdough bread made with teff (a grain native to Ethiopia/Eritrea), corn, barley, and self-rising flour OR rice.
